General terms of sale.

01Purpose

These general terms of sale govern sales concluded between the publisher of the MovieSport site, hereinafter “MovieSport”, and any person who buys a plan on moviesport.fr. This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. The publisher’s identity is given in the legal notice.

02Services offered

MovieSport offers training and nutrition programs as digital content, accessible online from a member space.

Depending on the plan chosen: structured programs and sessions, calendar and training log, performance tracking, personalized nutrition, recipes and printable sheets.

MovieSport provides no medical diagnosis, no nutritional prescription and no one-to-one coaching. The content consists of organization and progression guides designed by sports professionals.

03Plans and prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Each plan is paid once: no subscription, no renewal.

The content of each plan is detailed on the Pricing page. Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of payment.

04Order

Ordering takes four steps: choosing the plan on the Pricing page, redirection to Stripe’s secure payment page, entering your email and payment details, then confirmation.

The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment. A confirmation page is then shown on moviesport.fr.

05Payment

Payment is made in a single instalment, by bank card or any other method offered on the payment page. It is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) through secure payment links.

No subscription or later charge is set up. MovieSport never has access to your full bank details.

06Access to content

Once payment is confirmed, your member space access is created from the email address used at payment.

You receive an email with a link to set your password and sign in. This message normally arrives within minutes of payment.

If you do not hear from us, check your spam folder, then write to contact@moviesport.fr. Access is personal and may not be shared.

07Access period

Access is open for a fixed period, starting from payment confirmation:

• Essentiel: 12 months;
• Performance: 24 months;
• Elite: 12 months.

At the end of this period, access ends automatically, with no renewal and no charge.

08Shop

MovieSport shop items (clothing, accessories, Protein 01, The Journal) are sold separately from the plans: no plan includes a physical item.

The shop is not yet open for sale. Its own terms (delivery, lead times, returns) will be published at launch.

09Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium whose performance has begun with your prior, express consent.

Regardless of these rules, MovieSport grants you a 30-day commercial guarantee (section 10).

1030-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund of your plan, with no justification needed.

Just write to contact@moviesport.fr giving the email address used at payment. The refund is made to the original payment method and ends the access.

11Liability

MovieSport undertakes to provide quality content, structured by professionals. No specific result is guaranteed: it depends on your commitment, your fitness and individual factors.

MovieSport accepts no liability for any injury related to physical activity. Consult a doctor before starting any training program.

12Intellectual property

MovieSport content (programs, sessions, recipes, texts, images) is protected by copyright. Access permits strictly personal use.

Any reproduction, sharing or resale is prohibited.

13Personal data

Data collected when you order is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are in our privacy policy.

14Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, write to us first: an amicable solution is always sought as a priority.

Failing agreement, you may refer the matter, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. This mediator is being appointed: their contact details will be published here. The dispute may then be brought before the competent court.
